"Oooo I should of trusted my instincts when I came here. The gentleman at front desk didn’t work their and was calling owner to book hotel. He promised me that I would get my deposit back. Which I tried to cancel. He didn’t tell me the owner was going to harass me about my service dog. The owner had something against ex military white women I think because I told him 4 times my dog is not an ESA dog. He was a PSD service dog. He went on and on about how I put down on his form he treats panic attacks. He’s telling me in the state of Georgia that’s a ESA dog. Which I’m not about to tell this man who is fighting with me my whole medical history of what I suffered and been through for him to hurt me anymore then he has.He treats white women or preys on people with disabilities with the most disrespect I’ve had in the south so far. I am sending the videos I took of him harassing me to my disability lawyer. It was so insane! This man shouldn’t be running a business at all with his terrible customer service skills. Now for the actual room. I seen roaches. The hard wood floors are all coming up it even sliced my feet, the bathroom had black mold all in it, the pillows were flatter then a pancake and the bed was hard as a rock and could feel every spring. Oooo and the tv had literally 10 channels. Then the last night I was there a homeless women and 3 kids were in walkway sleeping and begging for money phone chargers. I couldn’t even get in and out of the door to go outside. Then when I told her no she’s banging on my window with her purse. I didn’t feel safe here at all. Especially people using drugs in the parking lot. I do not recommend this place I think the people who wrote reviews live in area and have no other place to go but this place was disgusting and will be contacting the health department on them also"

"This is a very nice little place to stay. You can definitely tell the owners are doing their best to take an older facility and redo it to make it it's best but also not break your bank with how much they charge. There is a $50 deposit at check-in. It's conveniently located right off I-75 and there are plenty of restaurants within 5 minutes of it. I check for bed bugs and any other critters and this room was very clean. The mattress appeared new and well kept. The only complaint I and my boyfriend have is that when you turn the shower on for whatever reason the shower curtain just blows right in the water and sticks to you and it's almost impossible to shower with the curtain drawn. But the water pressure is amazing and the water was good and hot. Overall, if you need an easy, clean place to stay I definitely recommend this place!"

"I was a regular guest for three months. One day, my 4 year old threw up so much we had to take him to the hospital. The manager kicked us out because "no one wants to clean those towels and sheets". On the plus side, they are the cheapest hotel in town, and they do have a good location."

"I stayed at this hotel for one night on my way to Florida. The room was very comfortable and clean. I am a bed bug checker. Will not get near one and this hotel had a new mattress that was extremely clean. It was super comfy and I slept great. Fresh bleached sheets were a welcomed sight, as well. Showers are hot. Both gentlemen I talked to at the desk were very nice and helpful. Breakfast is cereal, toast, and mini muffins. There is a waffle station if you have time. Coffee is good."
