"they DO NOT fix anything. You have to beg maintenance to do their job. I have a 2 year old and soon to be newborn and there is mold in our apartment, landlord told us to deal with it or move to another more expensive unit instead of fixing the issues. Pests are everywhere as well. 0/10 do not recommend!!"
