"Mold infested, smells like mildew, hot water lasts for only five minutes if even that, apartments are empty for months/years and people literally squat in them. One maintenance man who is great but older than my grandmother. Advised to get a humidifier as to not get sick from mold that wasn't treated but painted over. It sucks to not be able to live anywhere else and salaries of people who don't care /in power/ exceed 100k a year. Govt funded housing so they get their money every month just don't use it towards fixing anything for real. Patchwork yes actual work no."
