"This place is a horrible place to live in. Do not let these reviews fool you. This is a terrible place to live do not send your college students to this apartment complex. There is no security, doors stay unlocked 24/7. The laundry room is used by the entire city of Fort valley. The wifi is pretty much non - existent and there are roaches and rodents. 0/10 living experience I wouldn’t recommend. Not to mention they raise rent every semester and the living conditions just get worse."

"This off campus housing is absolutely terrible. The amount of money students pay to stay here is not worth it at all. My apartment has been infested with bugs and gnats. I have went to the rent off several times and spoke with Domonique about my issues. She has not been helpful in resolving my issues. I asked for contact information for someone over her and was not given the information, I was told that the lady will just contact me. My roommates and I have spent out tons of money eating out because we are all uncomfortable to cook in our own place of living. There are several maintenance issues that has yet to be fixed. It is sad that we are asked to pay $2,700 for an apartment that has bugs, several other issues, and a laundry room that locals are using consistently. This place is not worth it and I would not recommend for any students looking to to stay off campus."
