"Roach infested apartment and I have not even moved in yet the first day where the second day it was roaches everywhere I was killing roaches from 4 p.m. until 1:00 the next morning and that's no lie. This is absolutely disgusting man and I have not even signed the least good enough yet I have not even moved my stuff in yet and I am walking out already this is absolutely horrible"

"Do not rent here! We had about 5 different apartment managers while we lived here. When we moved out Mike Cheokas did not give us our deposit back or a letter telling us why we didn't get it back. Rent somewhere else. Don't give this man any more of your hard earned money."
