"Shonda and Johnnie (guess desk) are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I stay there once a week and they treat me like family! They're very professional and I can't say enough good things about them! "Had a wonderful stay. Rooms are a little dated but clean and everything worked. The staff was the absolute best. From checkin to housekeeping. The breakfast was by far one of the best I’ve ever had at a Hampton. The lady who put it all together kept checking on everyone, making sure we were taken care of. It’s just a little outside of the downtown Americus area but a very quick drive."

"The staff greeted me warmly. Check in was a breeze. All the staff I saw was very friendly. The room was nicely cooled when I arrived. The refrigerator was actually cold (I feel like a lot of times it is not anymore). The room had a wall that the bed was against that was not an in-between rooms wall (I love that). Room was clean. Check out was easy and quick. I did not visit the downtown area, but it is really cute and looked like several diners for evening dinner."

"The room was clean and comfortable. What impressed us the most was the staff. From the time we checked in till we checked out,they went above and beyond to assist us. I would like to recommend Joy for employee of the month. She treated us like family and was very helpful. She even assisted me getting our luggage to the front door."
