Our maintenance man, Mr. David, immediately addressed the problem and had our air conditioner repaired. Every time we have had a maintenance request he has been quick to respond and remedy the problem in a timely manner. Thanks for your hard work and service. Mr. David!"

"Just to be clear this 4 star rating is for the new maintenance guy and NOT because I'm pleased with my living experience here at St.Phillips apartments. He has fixed several issues within a 2 week time frame that I've been waiting almost 2 years to get fixed. Thank you isn't enough but please keep him around!"

"Trying to schedule a tour. I have been calling back to back none stop for a week. No one answers the phone. When I leave a voicemail, I still don’t receive a call back. Horrible customer service. I’ll just pass up these apartments due to no one being able to answer the phone. What if I was a resident and it was an emergency? NO. THANK. YOU!"

"Air conditioner went out, still haven’t fixed it it’s been 4 whole months . Still no a/c my rent is tooo high for no A/C , & not to be refurbished, The maintenance man doesn’t know how to fix anything & the lady’s in the front office don’t give da!! About what’s going on out there"
