"Anila Dhanani goes by the alias Anna. Her husband is Salim Khambawala, but goes by the alias Sam. They are the owner of SKY VISION PROPERTIES LLC. I signed a lease on 11/7 but couldn't move in into 11/13 b/c the carpet needed to be cleaned. Trash/dead leafs all around the front door and the townhouse wasn't cleaned properly. They also claimed they were going to spray for their existing roaches. After moving in on 11/13, I discovered the tubs were not draining. I then emailed Anila/Anna to let her know. The maintenance man Issac couldn't come out for a week. He didn't show up until 11/15. He was there to change out the sink that had a broken sprayer. ? How does a newly cleaned, ready to rent unit have a broken sprayer on the kitchen sink? He was supposed to clean up the trash/leafs around the property. I asked about the filter that was located in the attic. Issac opened the trap door and I found a big surprise. Not only was the carpet filled with spots throughout, NO refrigerator, clogged tubs, trash all around the front/back of property, missing toilet paper holder's, no window screens, roaches and than I found RAT droppings. Anila/Anna actually tried to talk me into speaking with her exterminator b/c he assured her there was no "NEW" activity. So before leasing the unit she was totally aware of the roaches and rat's. I immediately requested my deposit and advised I would be vacating the property by the end of the day. Anila/Anna and I wasn't seeing eye to eye. She thought a lease would hinder my decision to vacate this unsanitary property. She than had Salim/Sam to contact me. He also mentioned the lease. He told me everyone has roaches and tried to convince me to speak with the rat killer. After 10 minuutes of back and forth of a sarcastic conversation. Salim/Sam decided to try to be a fair person. I held the key for exactly 9 days. I spent 1 night in the townhouse. Salim/Sam decided to keep $499 of my hard earned money. On the website it shows $1450, when you inquire the price quoted is $1499. Bait And switch. The deposit is also $1499. Salim and Anila are concerned with one thing, getting your money. Your comfort and safety is not a concern. DO NOT RENT 1869 CARRINGTON DR. GRIFFIN GA. OR ANY PROPERTY FROM THEM NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE!!"
"I'm giving 2 stars because the leasing Agents were on time to show the townhouse at 1869 Carrington Drive in Griffin GA. The 1st thing I noticed is that the townhouse is in need of a good pressure washing, there was trash all around the front door, there was a rug nestled snugly under a bush right by the front door. The carpet needs to be replaced. There were bleach stains and visible ground in dirt. The tenant is required to supply a refrigerator. Appliances are outdated. The leasing agents seemed unsure about the property. as if they have a secret. I spoke with the manager Anna who emailed me the application. I had to print it out in order for her to receive it, which was a waste of my time because she requested that I go to their website to fill out the same information. Anna also requires that you go to the sheriff department for your background check. This is an inconvenience and an additional $20 Anna admitted that there are rambunctious, litter bugs residing next door. Anna collected my $50 for that app fee and I haven't heard from her since. So I guess Anna didn't understand the assignment. I paid for a response even of its DENIED I didn't get a call or an email...crickets. GEESH RENTER'S BE AWARE!!!"
