"I called over and over looking for a rental, the only things available were way out of my price range. I had the impression that they only care about you as a customer...if you have money. The lady I spoke with (multiple times) I asked her to please contact me if something comes available in my price range....she has never called me. It's all one sided, I have had to make all the efforts, I guess it's because I'm poor and they can't make money off me, so I'm thrown to the side..."

"Me and my boyfriend were looking to rent a house and they told us they had one available and so we sent in an application and got apporoved and told them we would have the money Friday. Well two days later they told us it wasn’t available anymore because the tenets that currently lived there were going to rent it out again so we decided to move on and look for somewhere else. Well about a month later they contacted us again saying that that house was available again because the tenents were being evicted so again told them that we would have the money in Friday. My boyfriend woke up this morning to a text saying that it wasn’t available again so if you are looking for a reliable realty company I do not recommend them! They never stick to their word"
