"Kira was an excellent leasing consultant that took the time to give me a tour of the facility close to closing. She honestly didn’t have to do that. She was very detailed oriented and and put on some music I found appealing while showcasing the common area (which was gorgeous by the way) The building was an old Dairy Factory that they refreshed with modern appeal. She took her time and went through every possible option pertaining to my unique situation. She wasn’t pushy and wasn’t over selling. She seemed genuinely concerned with my needs, which is rare nowadays from someone trying to sell you a product. If you happen to roll by R/T Dairies Apartments she is the Lady to see!!!!!"

"if you’re thinking about moving here, consider this first: blaring fire alarms for an hour+ at a time multiple times a week (in the wee hours of the night), a rude office staff, unkept grounds/amenities, and lack of professionalism from the rt dairies team. oh and be careful about speaking up to them for ANYTHING, they’ll retaliate against you in some form of a ‘charge’. i and a few neighbors i’ve chatted to have somehow gotten $250-$500 noise complaint charges without any said proof—apparently that’s their thing here to keep you silent. it’s the easiest charge to pin on anyone they choose without needing any concrete evidence or proper investigation. the apartments are nice but not nice enough to deal with everything else that comes with it. i seriously wish i considered the negative reviews before moving here first—please be warned!!"

"Moving next week after a 2 year lease. The apartment itself was nice, but the complex is run by people who don't care at all. Fire alarm goes off all the time, at ALL hours of the night MULTIPLE times a night, and management doesn't care. Never mind that it's disruptive to all the pets in this "Pet friendly" apartment, not to mention the people that live there. When I asked what the problem was that was causing the alarm they were insanely rude to me and gave a vague, dismissive answer. The parking gate was broken for 7 months and cars were consistently broken into. Every day there was glass on the ground from broken windows. They didn't care. Dogs constantly pee in the hallways and elevators and no one is penalized. There are no cameras installed or warnings issued. It just keeps happening and all the carpets are stained. I have to hold my breath whenever I go into the elevator. Disgusting. Pool was closed down for about 80% of the summer for some unknown reason and all they could offer were vague, dismissive responses (again!) Also, it doesn't seem like the area is progressing. The coffee shop next door closed. Various restaurants in The Dairies closed. The Eastern doesn't seem like it's getting bigger or more recognizable acts. Area and apartment seem to be on the decline."

"These 5 stars are for Unica as she was one of the most refreshing and engaging leasing agents I’ve encountered in quite a few years in Atlanta. Her process felt natural and intentional to truly giving me a well rounded view of the complex and its amenities. Although some areas in the building had visual wear and tear, the overall location and amenities were a highlight for these apartments. RT Dairies needs to know that they have a gem in Unica as she owned that tour and did it with so much grace and style which was comforting to experience, especially in Atlanta!"

"I applied here and waited over 9 days with no updates or communications from the leasing office about my application status. I had to call the company they use to get an update, and they wanted to do a three-way call with my bank to verify my employment, even after connecting directly with my payroll provider and the CFO from my company confirming my employment. I then had to call the apartment complex a few days later to check on the status (two days before I was supposed to move in), finally finding out that while everything passed on the verification side, I was still denied. They could not provide further explanation. I would recommend improving your communications with prospects. I understand that your verification process takes time, but 9 days is absurd. I've worked in property management and I've never seen verification take that long. I was able to find another complex that verified all of my documents within a day and provided excellent customer service, and I feel like I dodged a bullet if this is how the communication is at RT Dairies. Look elsewhere. Also, please don't bother responding with the "thank you for your feedback, we understand your frustration..." or even a "we were unable to locate you as a resident or prospective resident", or any other canned response. I checked every box for your verification requirements, which I did review thoroughly."
