"I lived here for 8 years. My building caught on fire. It used to be a fun place to live.They have been under several managers. The neighborhood people come and throw their trash and old furniture in the dumpster. No one seems to care. Management is not that good. There is no maintenance nor management on site. They are in Gwinnett Co. They might fix your repairs and they may not."

"I don't know who manages the entire complex, but this is one of those places where people throw out furniture by the disposal, but it doesn't get picked up. We came to see a unit last week. Furniture was out there. Came back a week later. Furniture was still there. The unit we saw is managed by E!Management. The pros is that it had a large fenced in backyard, a large shared patio, built in shelves in the kitchen and a laundry room with washer and dryer connections. The cons were that they hadn't even bothered to clean the carpet from the last tenant. Also, at the front entrance to every building, the glass around the door had been covered with solid paneling. It would also be nice if the outer doors locked and only the residents had the key."
