"Horrible response time to maintenance requests. My mom is elderly and it always take several requests and phone calls to get an issue resolved. The website doesn't allow a maintenance submission option and the phone mailbox is full. They expect you to pay your rent on time, so tenants should receive the same prompt response time when there are issues within their unit. What if it was them or their parents living in such conditions? It doesn't take much to just do the job that they are getting paid to do."

"They are under new management. You couldn’t recognize them if you saw them again. They is there an amazing to these appointments. Yes, we had the worst management ever in the past but as of 3 to 4 months ago, new management has been the best we ever had. We have extra security, a lot of security cameras. I mean I’m pleased with the new management the new owner."

"Someone stole my AC unit about 8 or 9 months ago. I shouldn't have to live in the sweltering heat or cold weather this long. I've had to buy space heaters for the cold months and window A/C units for the hot months. I was told that the units for the residents who were victims of theft were on order but we have yet to receive them. My upstairs toilet was broken and water leaked downstairs into the kitchen. I can't turn my kitchen light on.....had to buy a lamp from Walmart in order to have a light. The trash are is ridiculous as well. They want their rent on time but can't make sure their residents who are keeping them afloat are taken care of."

"Me an my mom been here for six-seven years.These apartments are horrible,terrible old units,nothing is and will be upgraded,they no longer change your blinds or carpet.The blinds are old an easy to break. They paint over molded an worn out walls.The base board are dirty.They never can keep up with the Dumpsters,some units don't have a/c an have rodents an roaches.Your place can be clean but if somebody isn't it will infest your unit. They claim they have cameras but they are dummies an people will hit your vehicles.The pool is never clean an ready for the summer.There is no longer a gym.They want your money but don't want to make your living conditions "safe-clean-livable". THESE APARTMENTS NEED TO BE REMODELED AN NEEDS A NEW OWNER AN MANAGEMENT"

"I’ve been living out here for 5months I ac hasn’t worked the whole time! besides the 1st week when I moved in. I’ve put in several requests for it to be fixed but still no help! The office managers say they’ve been waiting for certain orders to arrive to fix my AC. But I’m 1 of many who is still going through this problem. I’ve bought 3 window AC units just to survive through the 100 degree heat this whole time! Since then my light bills has been $350 or more and have asthma and bronchitis. I spent $600 just provide Ac for my apartment and now I’m almost spending that same amount just to keep lights on. The Stations at Richmond are low on funds and are trying to harass residents for rent money when there are multiple hazardous problems going on in almost every unit! Someone needs to step in help make a change because this is completely unacceptable! Bugs are getting into apartments thru trees not being trimmed tree limbs touching the buildings! This is ridiculous!"
