"Current resident - not sure how this apartment has any 5 star reviews, have to be fake apartment is unsafe has homeless people sleeping directly outside of gates and even inside frequently! Management cant solve any problem that doesn’t require a simple yes or no answer and don’t seem to care to try ."

"Where do I begin? I don't even live here, but my partner does. They will ask you to come into the office after leaving a bad review, but the staff is rude and completely apathetic and inhumane. My window was busted, and I had to pay $500 to replace it. The office was very adamant about letting me know it was not their responsibility. Also, I can't even come visit my partner without getting a parking ticket in the garage. They have the level 5 designated for guests, and you still get a parking ticket! The place is also infested with gnats. It's so bad. They have flies everywhere! Also, I finally just gave in and wrote a review after I was sitting in the parking garage and watched a young lady come and urinate by the entry. It's absurd that they even have the nerve to charge my partner fees and collect parking ticket money. There is no remorse or desire to provide relief for residents or their visitors in any way. Oh! Also, the AC has been broken for 3 days. The maintenance did come and provide a portable unit. But it's still not a luxury or pleasant experience. Do not move here. Don't even visit if you don't absolutely have to."
