"ROACHESSSSSSSSSSSSS! They live inside your shoes, seasonings, clothes. No amount of pest control can stop these insects in this building they even live inside the refridgerators. Outside you have NY sized rats! Please don't stay here."
"PLEASE READ CAREFULLY! All of the positive reviews are old this place is a dump. dAs a manager for a Customer Engagement Center trust when I tell you this is the last place you want to put your family. If I didn't move here due to needing a place last minute after just relocating to Atlanta I would have never stayed here. Save yourself the time if I could. 1. Roaches, Rats, Spiders, Ants, Raccoons, and Possums. These buildings are old and well infested with pest, they let their trash overrun for weeks at a time which means taking your trash out becomes hide & seek with raccoons, big rats, and possums. Further the roaches and other pest climb through all the creeks and crevices connecting all the apartments and have nested in the walls throughly. 2. The management here is the absolute worst I've ever encountered in my life. Blows up your emails about all these events that they just cancel. Every other week there is a new lease manager because they continue to fire employees. If you put in a Maitenance request they take forever to get back to you and don't let it be about pest they don't spray for pest even though you pay a pest fee. After advising them via email & phone that I was moving out they still tried to charge me 2 months rent saying I didn't give them written notice. (I pay my rent on time every month for my entire lease and they still refused to make an exception and offered a prorated month.) Liz Jones is terrible and doesn't show a shred of empathy, the regional manager Danielle doesn't care for her positions and just throws the word "Regional Manager" around stating if you complain it will just go to her and she will ignore it. 3.The police have been in here multiple times blocking both entrances looking for criminals and also have invaded multiple people home ( I assume drug deals) if you love your children don't move here unless you want to expose them to that lifestyle."
"please don't lease this apartment because the wall of rooms is paper thin.it's really noisy. you can hear you neighboor's noise and sounds 24x7 even you wear earplugs. again, the floor and wall is paper thin, and the attitude of leasing office is ugly。"
"Hampton Hall Apartments is where you need to be. I moved in about a month ago and can definitely say that so far I been happy. Maintanance is always on point. Issues gets resolved in a timely matter. The office staff are the best. They made my transition easy with no issues."
"For potential renters- The apartment has decades old heating & cooling systems. Be prepared to pay a significant amount towards your electricity bill. Also, the office folks are terribly rude, inconsiderate, incompetent, and you can’t find them later in the day if you need them. One of the reasons we left was them. Tip- check your unit before you move in. Ours had a stain on the bedroom wall. Roaches and insects are a big problem. Moreover, the units are pretty small compared to the rent they ask for it, and better options are available close by. Only good thing was the maintenance- prompt and effective. For current renters- do not expect to get the money they promise to give if you recommend somebody. They won’t. I find it amusing that they have written it on a board and put it on the driveway. They welcome you in with false promises, so you know what you will get when you start staying."
