"Regrettably, my experience at Avana Cheshire since signing the lease has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. Despite assurances in the lease that the apartment would be move-in ready by the agreed upon move in date, the reality upon arrival was quite the opposite. From malfunctioning toilets to improperly connected pipes causing dishwasher leaks, along with an inoperative ice machine, broken and a broken shower head, the list of issues seems endless. We’ve even had to take matters into our own hands to resolve some of these issues. For example, this past Saturday we attempted to place a work order on our toilets because one was completely out of service and the other was barely operational -only flushing once every few hours. However, this was deemed a non-emergency and instead we had to hire a friend to address the issue so we could have functional toilets for the weekend. Furthermore, the absence of internet connectivity, particularly critical for my roommate's remote work, has only exacerbated the situation. It has almost been a week and we still do not have internet. Despite raising these concerns with management, their response has been dishearteningly unhelpful, apparently all there is to do is to wait for AT&T to resolve the issue. The lack of professionalism and urgency displayed by the management team in addressing these issues have only added to our frustrations. Their dismissive responses, coupled with the notion that numerous new residents are facing similar challenges, indicate a systemic problem that needs immediate attention. Moving is already a stressful experience, but the back to back issues have made it an absolute nightmare. I strongly advise anyone considering this complex to save yourself the trouble and the headache and find alternative housing options. If I could break lease I would, I have never experienced a move in as difficult as this one . I hope that management at Avana Cheshire will take this feedback seriously and prioritize resolving these issues to ensure a more positive move in experience for new residents."

"I did a tour with Mr. Mel and he was great. Very customer service friendly. The lobby was very neat and clean. The pool area looked relaxing. We toured the model and went over move in cost and fees. I’m looking to move in April and I will consider moving to Avana Cheshire Brisge. Thank you Mr. Mel for a great experience!"

"Been here for 6 months so far, I got here in June 2023. It is very nice on the inside and pretty quiet for the most part. 6 months in and I am having issues like water damage in my ceiling, the mail room is in shambles, and they did not inform us that we have to go and pick up our mail from the office until the locks are fixed. There have been no emails sent to update us on that issue although it affects everyone. Also, maintenance claims they don't change water filters anymore although it comes with the refrigerator in the apartment! Can't forget that the trash cans for dog owners to throw their poop away are rarely empty. They are always filled to the brim with poop bags so residents are less likely to pick up their dog poop. The dog park in the back of the complex has not been renovated although we were told when we got here it would be. Not the best place for dog owners. Another thing, the management team is not consistent."

"I’ve lived here a total of 3 years. I feel safe. My vehicle is watched by security. It’s a nice community. I just signed for 15 more months. They didn’t even raise my rent. That’s a first ever anywhere I’ve lived. They have a parking garage for guest so I always have a place to park in resident parking. The gym here is nice for an apartment gym. The pool area is beautiful. I love the walk path outback. They have a dog park also. Management has been great. Maintenance is great. Avana partners with Flex so that makes rent really easy to balance with other bills. I never see any roaches in my apartment . That’s a huge plus. Over all I really enjoy living here and would recommend to my friends"
