"The maintenance staff are spectacular. I was assisted by Mr. Jerrie and Elijah both were kind and quick . I have a no shoe policy and they always place shoe covers on with no complaints. Mr. Jerrie always explains everything and what preventative measures I can take . They always leave it cleaner than how it was. I honestly can not speak highly enough of the maintenance staff. Mr. Jerrie got my hot water working in 7 MINUTES! The whole maintenance staff and grounds keeping crew are always smiling and helpful. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"From the quick application process, to the superb customer service, the management team made my process of securing an apartment at ease. Haley was professional and efficient throughout my application experience and able to accept my last minute changes of my move-in date with no issues. Ursula gave me a well knowledgable tour of the complex and apartment. Complex has well maintained gym, clubhouse and outdoor pool. Each building has elevator access with key fob activated entrances. Plenty of parking availability and complex looks well maintained, with plenty of walking areas for dog owners. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone coming out of state looking for a place to rent."

"My wife and I fell in love with the property when we first visited Rock Island Ridges and went ahead and leased a 2 bedroom apartment. So far we have had a wonderful stay here. The leasing/office staff are incredibly professional and kind and maintenance handles any issues very quickly. There are a lot of great amenities that stay upkept as well. Considering the size of the apartment and the amenities and views included, I think it's a great rental option for the price."
