"Location is in horrible place nowhere to eat but Wendy’s room air conditioner reeked of what smelled like mold and bug spray you could feel the air coming in from the outside from the air conditioner. Comforter reeked of old cheese. Walls are paper thin so we could hear our neighbor Key card kept not working. The room we stayed in was room 202. We have been coming hear for the past few year to meet with family and friends and it is a disappointment to have these problems occur. These problems just now started to occur. I was stuck in one of the elevators for 2 hours and our family member had to pull the doors open because they would not"

"We absolutely loved our stay here. The hotel is clean and tidy. The staff are all incredibly nice and friendly. The bed was comfortable and pillows were nice and thick. The water pressure in the shower was spot on as well. Location is so close to Columbus and convenient to their downtown area where you could find food and plenty to do. Highly recommend."

"Overpriced for the old outdated facility that it is. for $148 per night for a single room, in Phenix City Alabama, you expect more! they tried to renovate an old worn out building! put thermostat on walls , but still have the old heating and cooling units in the rooms! no moisture whatsoever in rooms ! a person with dry eyes can’t stay there. the toilet is so low, almost on the floor that an elderly person can barely get on and off it. like a toilet I have seen in prison movies. the bed is so high that you have to mount it like mounting a horse! Oh I’m 6’ 1’’ . not worth the cost. won’t stay at a Holiday Inn , ever again!!!"

"This place was good for us while we were transitioning to our new home. The room was clean and the service was great. Ms Dee in the kitchen for breakfast made our stay even better. She’s kind and sweet and very helpful. My family just loved her. I would definitely stay here again!"
