"I checked out the room at 7:00 yesterday. I forgot the North Face nupse jacket at the room. So I asked the hotel to keep it around 8:50 via my colleague. But it is stolen. It is unbelievable. It is horrible. Dear guests, do not leave anything at the room. I will ask my company not to use this hotel any more."

"Great hotel from the Hilton family. We chose this location because of its proximity to Fort Moore. Reasonably priced, clean spacious rooms. Pool is decent sized for a hotel. However the patio surrounding it is peaceful in the evening/night to hang out. Staff was attentive, the included breakfast was decent. Much better than stale toast and cereal haha. Theres eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, ect. We enjoyed staying here back in August so we chose it again when we returned for a graduation."

"The hotel is well kept per my group.But i would not step foot on the premises. I ended up staying at the Marriott..The management ((sales))is very rude unprofessional and darn right nasty. I set my group up for a stay months ago. Called this lady emailed this lady. I didnt speak with her again till the day of my arrival. SHE SPOKE TO ME LIKE I WAS HER KID. SHE WOULDN'T LET ME GET A WORD IN. If i could have found accommodations elsewhere for my group I would have.The front desk staff are rude as well. But I understand that. Looking at what they have in management. CUSTOMER SERVICE goes a long way.."
