"I recently had the opportunity to live in Prose Fairview (now Fairview Springs), and I wanted to share my experience. Let me begin by stating that this review is provided with no malicious intent; I simply aim to provide an honest account of my time at the community. First and foremost, the apartment's lack of support during my move-out process left me frustrated. Due to a new job opportunity in another state, I had to relocate, and unfortunately, Prose Fairview (now Fairview Springs) did not make this transition easy for me. Despite numerous attempts to contact them via emails and phone calls, I faced a complete lack of responsiveness. It was only after making a complaint to their management company that I finally received a callback. Additionally, throughout my stay, the community itself proved to be unhelpful and unresponsive. Many of my inquiries went unanswered, leading to unnecessary frustration and inconvenience. This lack of communication left me feeling disregarded as a resident. Considering my experience, I regretfully cannot recommend living at Prose Fairview (now Fairview Springs). The lack of support during my move-out process, coupled with the community's poor responsiveness to inquiries, tarnished my overall impression. Moving can already be a stressful experience, and these issues added unnecessary complications"

She is very knowledgeable, courteous, and went the extra mile to try to accommodate what I wanted in an apartment. Make sure you ask for her if you need a tour!"

"So I recently went to this place and let me tell you, ITS AMAZING…. The leasing staff was so courteous and the place looked good as far as what I can see. The apartment they showed me was a pretty decent size for a 2 bedroom… the closet was big enough to make another whole bedroom. The maintenance there gotta be doing something right the pool was nice and blue and the amenities was clean. Like there was not trash all over the place. I say go for it if you thinking about moving here."
