"DO NOT MOVE HERE! SLUMLORD ALERT! Speaking for my bf, but I've seen enough to know no one should ever live here. They lost his security deposit, gave him the wrong key to move in so he was locked out day 1. No working AC, eyes on the stove didn't work, not able to have wifi because the whole unit was wired incorrectly. Had numerous maintenance men come who fixed nothing. Even tried to accuse my bf of breaking the AC unit that never worked. Kept trying to add on random fees to his rent, which if you have any issues with them you cant call or email because you'll be ignored so hope you WFM so you can pop up to the office. Then after ONLY 2 MONTHS they basically pushed him out because they did not want to fix anything- told him to go where he would be happy. Save your time and money and just live ANYWHERE ELSE"

"The photos online are not accurate!!! I would not recommend anyone to move here. I had had issues since I moved in. I’ve lived here so far for 4 MONTHS and no longer want to live here. My first week, I was without water. I was told this unit is renovated, but it was dirty and filled with spider webs. I have yet to be able to use the light switch in the living room because it doesn’t work. I deal with spiders, centipedes, and ants on a daily. And now, for weeks have been without A/C. I’ve sent an email to Shannon weeks ago and yet to receive a response. The front office’s phone doesn’t work or they are out and tell you to send an email, but they won’t respond. Save your money and don’t move here. This is unacceptable. False advertising and lack of care for people. There is also signs of mold and cracks in the foundation. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!"

"I do not recommend anyone to come and stay here me and my family(4 kids under 9 with health conditions) have been staying here for like 4/5 months and 2 month no ac now in this hot summer still hot! My babies have been getting nauseated as well as me and my partner and headaches... we can't even really cook cus it gets hotter!! Only 2 windows can open up this is a death trap! Meanwhile we been paying rent.. somedays we can't even stay here! The highest it's has gotten in the house was 85 I have pics if anybody know of a lawyer please let me know cus this is ridiculous! This will be posted public this is outrageous and illegal!"

"Don’t move here the owners are slum lords and liars this place is so raggedy and the neighborhood is dirty. They lie and say units are move in ready then things break immediately and they don’t fix or replace anything they just take your money there’s no pest control or city trash pickup it’s awful. I have also reported to their corporate office Cogen Esrey multiple times with no call back or results."
