"I would give this place ZERO stars if I could. Ever since the new management company took over it has went down hill extremely fast. Southwood Realty came in & dismantled the entire staff, killed the morale, instantly turned the family style work environment into a volatile & toxic environment, (manager isn't even allowed to eat with employees ranked below them) they have no concern about the residents, neglected the property & the residents needs, & they have price gouged all of the long term residents with renewal rate increases of ever $100 more a month. Steer clear of ANY AND ALL PROPERTIES MANAGED BY SOUTHWOOD REALTY."
