The Everly Apartments 1000 Everly Way, Gainesville, GA 30501

"We have lived here since March of 2022, when this building was new. We chose Solis/Everly because so many things were five star and encompassed Luxury Living. For example, we were told wood floors (they’re not) the property management staff, maintenance staff, clean clear hallways, clean grounds and people were respectful and picked up after their pets. The property/maintenance staff has changed several times and things have gone a little downhill with each change. Only one assistant manager is a great communicator! We are not short-term residents, so, it’s important to us the area we live and we take pride in the care of our living space. One of the big failures of the Solis/Everly is the lack of urgency to resolve big issues. We are very disappointed with the journey we have been on over the last 8 to 9 months trying to get results for maintenance involving the buckling of the surface of the cabinet doors in the kitchen and bath. They have looked at them several times and we were told by ex-maintenance staff that new doors were on order. It’s been months and still no doors! After many emails and service requests, Greystar and apparently the owners, don’t have a resolution! In talking with other residents, we know it’s a problem in other apartments, as well, which speaks volumes for the quality of the product. Which also means large cost to replace the doors in several, if not, all apartments! Phase 2 is being built across the street and we were told they are using the same cabinet vendor. (might not be wise). It’s hard to understand why this can’t be remedied and no one is taking responsibility!!! The contractor/builder should help or the defect should be under warranty. We are still trying to get a resolution, hence this review!"

"We moved in on the last day of June and have thoroughly enjoyed living at The Everly! We downsized from our large family home and are still getting settled, but have not regretted our decision at all. The apartment is beautiful, maintenance people are amazing and quick to respond to our requests as new residents, and we love our balcony. The amenities are like those of a first class hotel and our grandchildren tell their friends that Nana and Pop live in a hotel! The management staff are so helpful friendly, and professional. They have had two resident appreciations since we’ve been here and both were amazing. You can’t beat the location and we are so happy with our decision to live here. We can’t recommend it enough."

"I am currently looking for an apartment. I have spoken with Faith one of the leasing agents several times on the phone. Each time she was courteous and timely in getting me the information I needed. When we scheduled a tour Faith was ready at our appointment time and was very eager to show us around. She entertained all of our questions and showed us all three buildings. She knew the space very well and was very accommodating."

"Oh my goodness I absolutely love this apartment community, super cute. This is at the top of my list to move to. It's very clean and the unit was spacious for the price. The staff was very friendly and helpful. i spoke to the manager Marcel and she was very nice, she answered all my questions. Loved it very much."

"Luxury living at its best!! Guests rarely ever have to come up to your unit as the lobby is welcoming and just overall beautiful. The staff are all great, the location is superb. Everything about this community is absolutely five stars. Enjoy a few photos we've taken around the community."
