"This place should never be considered for renting an apartment. The property manager is rude and unprofessional. She will specifically say things that attack a person's self esteem instead of professionally managing the situation. They wont work with you on meeting requirements and for anyone that does meet them, you can simply find much better because you'll be paying for an apartment with really high rent increases over the years. I got to see the inside of an apartment and there was carpet stains and a crusted black substance all over the toilet bowl. They just rent out these places with no care or concern to fix them up for new tenants. TL;DR If you don't meet the requirements, don't bother. If you do meet the requirements, don't bother."
