"I only gave this place ⭐️ Because the people working here are nice but being nice can’t fix what’s happening here. I been here 5 months was trying to give them time see if things changed but it only gets worst. First the car break in and stolen cars are out of control. I have talked to neighbors and almost everyone here got their car break or stolen and leasing office/owner are just silent. Also this place needs a major makeover. Hallways are dirty doors broken and this whole place needs to be repainted. Not sure how they feel comfortable showing this place when everything looks this damaged. There’s people moving out on daily basis and unfortunately I will too once the lease end which it’s unfortunate because there’s so much potential here."

"My niece and I visited this place in search of student housing for her. Although they do not have that, Mellissia gave us a wonderful tour of this beautiful new property. If it were warm, I'd be in that pool! The amenities were amazing! Mellissia kept us laughing. She reminded me of home, NY! If I were in need of an apartment, she would have gotten my lease that day!"

"Moved in about 2 months ago. Apartment looks nice, and has a nice balcony. I like the electric stove and modern washer/dryers. bathroom and closet are both spacious as well. The apartment gym may be one of the best gyms I've seen in an apartment complex. Good weights and working equipment. Also near Kirkwood, beltline and Pullman yards, so you're in a good neighborhood with things to do within walking distance. Two minor issues. Packages that are delivered can be a hassle if they have to be sent to the backroom. If they are put into the lockers, it's no problem, but if they have go to the backroom, it can take awhile to find your package if the room is packed. Other issue is the remote to open the gate. It can take a few times until the signal registers on the antenna. Sometimes I can use from inside my car. Other times, I have to reach outside and hit the button. Other than that, I've had no issues at this apartment and would recommend it for those wanting a luxury apartment."

"Notice how the majority of the five star reviews are from people who came for a tour, not actual residents. This place is a disaster. Cars are broken into constantly, apartments are broken into, management deploys mall cops to "patrol" during business hours to show potential residents how seriously they take safety. The parking gates are usually broken, there's no key fob requirement to take the elevator, the building entrance door usually doesn't shut all the way so literally anyone could just walk in. The parking lot has tons of dark areas, people from Pullman Yards come and park in the guest parking area without any consequences. Management is just another piece of the puzzle. They're super nice and welcoming during tours, then the minute you sign on you're invisible to them. Don't bother emailing them, because they definitely won't respond to you. That is until it's time for your lease renewal, then they call, text, and email all day begging you to stay. All of this is truly a shame because the location is great and the apartments are well designed. Management just needs to get it together and take safety and complaints more seriously before things get worse."

"Not sure what happened but the office staff seems non-existent since the old manager left. I've emailed maybe three times over the last month and not a single email has been answered. The outside doors are often broken, as are the parking gates. The main gate has had the arms broken off for months now. The residents here are often inconsiderate of others, playing loud music, letting dogs bark for hours, leaving trash in hallways, etc. I'm currently listening to music being blasted by the pool area at 2 am, a frequent occurrence. I understand this happens from time to time at all apartments but management doesn't even attempt to enforce any sort of community rules. Honestly feels like I'm 19 again living in an overpriced dorm hall. Edit- immediately after my review they went out and fixed the gates and doors, which I greatly appreciate, but still disappointed I had to take my complaint public for anything to change. Will update my review if the other issues are corrected."
