"We’ve lived at 1494 for almost 5 years now, all under Greenleaf Management. Where to start, the team is amazing! Sandra has helped us so much recently and she’s so kind and thoughtful. She’s always there to help whether the problem is big or small. But let’s be honest, we haven’t had any big problems while living here! Jorge with maintenance is absolutely AMAZING! I love that man. He’s so dedicated to helping the residents with anything that we need. We’ve had negative experiences in the past with other property management companies and I’m so happy we found Greenleaf. We’ll be residents at 1494 for as long as we can because the community is great and we know we have a team standing behind us to help. Thank you Sandra & Team!!! You guys are amazing!"

"I'm a current resident of the Eastside Crossing apartments and have been here for just over a year. Where to start!? This is a wonderful community with great neighbors, awesome management, and super nice units. The farm to resident concept is what drew me to tour the complex. There's truly nothing like it in the city. The harvest bags are worth their weight in gold! The compost program makes me reduce so much food waste and it's such a great benefit of living here if you're eco-conscious like I am. Management and maintenance are so responsive! I've never had major issues but when I have needed something fixed, maintenance has fixed it immediately. I have zero complaints, best apartment experience I've had by far. Love this community!"

"I LOVE my new apartment here! It's newly renovated, all the staff are so helpful, and the community is so beautiful. Residents have access to a community farm, and I love being able to enjoy the greenspace whenever I want. The units are all super cute, and having a patio area is such a bonus. Seriously the best complex I've lived in yet."
