"I have been living at Quill now for about 2 years. & although we have switched management companies during my time here, I honestly can say that I love the place. The office staff are super amazing and have been very accommodating especially Tiffany and Charles. We are always having apartment events & they are always giving out cute gifts like the cookies we received for this holiday. Overall the management team truly does their best to make our apartment building feel like home. I have lived in numerous apartments across the Atlanta area and this one is by far the best experience. I always catch the maintenance team cleaning or doing tasks to keep the building maintained. Also the floor plans are to die for, it’s super modern & you’ll definitely fall in love with it super quick."
"I walk passed the dog walk area on the way to the Marta, and it’s now completely covered in dog excrement. Looks like it’s a combination of disgusting dog owners and management that’s given up. Either way, looks like a good place to live if you like being around excrement. Same goes for any area of grass around the area. It’s been taken over by dog owners who think this sort of disgusting behavior is acceptable. I can only imagine the hallways in the building smell like urine."
