Lofts At Mercer Atlanta

"I moved to the lofts a few months ago from out of town and let me tell you my experience here has been absolutely bliss. I mean down to the quality of the apartment, the peace in the area, the quietness, the staff, it’s all very welcoming and warming. Let me first start off on the moving process ! It was made very easy for me with no hassle or headache from the minute I filled out the application I had help from both Raquel (manager) and Shari (assistant manager), their communication was efficient and the process was quick. By move in day, picking up keys and getting into the apartment was a breeze. The unit was clean and exactly like the pictures, actually better and exceeded my expectations. The amenities are great, everything you need right there and the staff are always willing to help. What I really like in particular about these apartments is how safe I feel. I also love how much Raquel and Shari put time into making the community feel like a home ! Like they will host and plan events like breakfast on the go’s, holiday socials, wellness days, one time we had a back to school luau and it was so fun. Definitely something I needed being out of town and all. They make sure to keep us updated by text, email and post on anything important. The campus is quiet, you don’t hear any loud noise, the residents keep to themselves, no car break in reports or anything involving the police that’s why I feel it’s so safe (safe as can be in this world) Maintenance is quick and efficient, it’s super close to school like you can walk everyday, I mean I could write a whole book about my experience here but it’s really something you have to come see for yourself, this is truly home !!"

"Frank with maintenance is always super quick, efficient, and nice. They’re always super quick to get things done in a timely manner. We had a water leak a few months ago that absolutely decimated the ceiling. Within a day, maintenance had everything sealed and painted. Nothing but good things to say about Lofts at Mercer Atlanta’s maintenance team!"

"I have really enjoyed living at the lofts. Having everything bundled into one bill helps me manage finances as a student as my utility does not fluctuate month to month. The staff here is also so on top of communication through both email and text. I feel taken care of here. One of my favorite things about the layout of the apartments (I think it is the spacing/thickness of the walls) that noise is very well contained, I very rarely/never hear the people next to be above or below me. I would recommend this place to any and all Mercer students, the apartments are beautiful and convenient."

Grace is absolutely wonderful and answered so many questions for me during the move-in process and made sure I had everything I needed to move in on time. Living here as a student is perfect because I can walk to class and don’t have to worry about a commute"

"I have been living at the Lofts at Mercer in Atlanta since August 2021 and it has been an overall wonderful experience. The staff are so kind and really spend time getting to know the residents and they take their residents’ every need into consideration. With all the additional resources like Valet trash, pet waste stations, the niceness of amenities, etc., the price of rent is definitely worth it and is very comparable to other apartment complexes nearby. There have been a few issues related to the apartments being new buildings, but everything so far, has not been a huge detriment in that regards."
