The Brooke

"Elizabeth was great! When I moved in, she nor her team was there. It was managed bt a different property. My move in was HORRIBLE.. apt wasnt clean, rude customer service, everything! Since the new management team has taken over, they have been doin their absolute best to make living here a great experience. When I would go to the office for certain things, Elizabeth would be proactive and provide updates of changes that I didn’t even ask for. I moved out a month ago and everything went smooth. The staff there now has great customer service. (Honestly, the 1 in the middle needs a little work but…) overall, I give them 5 stars!"

"The property itself is nice and affordable. But the office is extremely understaffed. A lot of things don't work and have been neglected. The back gate, EV chargers, side pedestrian gate, even the front gate has constant issues with visitor entry. Every time I ask about something being fixed, it's always "tomorrow." Also, if you want to move to different unit after your lease is up, there is a $1000 transfer fee. I don't mean moving in the middle of your lease. I mean moving AFTER your lease is complete. One thousand dollars. What is the point of that? Completely ridiculous. Why would I want to stay?"

"Im thinking of relocating to Atlanta, and I must admit, I haven’t had the best experience with my tours from previous complexes thus far, however, I had a tour with Macy today, and she was hilarious, honest, personable and detailed. She seems to know the property pretty well, and I can tell she enjoys what she does. The unit was spacious, nice and clean. She even gave me a few tips on how to align my furniture. I will definitely keep The Brooke in consideration if I decide on going forward with my move to the Atlanta area"

"The brook has been such a great place to live so far. I love the area and the people around it. The front office is fast and efficient in what they do, while the staff is always punctual and getting task done. Elizabeth Lopez the manager here is exceptional at just about everything that she does. She’s always quick on her feet when it comes to solutions on how to make the Brooke better and is always understanding with any situation. The Brooke is a phenomenal place to live!"

"I have been living at the Brooke for a year and half and I have had my share of experiences. Over the past few months, PAC management has made the property look better, feel better, and feel safer. The leasing office staff is very helpful and professional, especially Ms. Elizabeth. Ms. Elizabeth took the time to hear some complaints I had with my apartment. Ms. Elizabeth's initiative to not only hear my concerns but to address them and follow up as well, was an amazing feeling."
