"I’ve never seen a place this incompetent. I applied on 11/27/2023. I wasn’t approved until 12/7/2023. I understand the application fee is non refundable, but how can you cancel the security deposit within 72 hours , if it took them two weeks to process the application? It states on the application not to pay the administrator fee until you are approved. It states that’s non refundable, but the security deposit is. It doesn’t not take a week to refund a deposit. I’m contacting the bbb as well. The front office Staff is friendly , but I keep getting its the manager or it’s the regional manager. I see why the units are empty. I was approved by another complex in 24 hours. Seriously wouldn’t apply, you will be out of 50 dollars and who knows how much else."

"I used to live here and see that all of the same unsanitary problems persist. First, the place is completely roach infested. They need to fumigate not have standard pest control come out on a monthly basis. Second, there is mold everywhere. This is unsafe and unacceptable. Stop the corporate greed and provide safe housing for your tenants. Third, the managing office is absolutely ineffective and rude. Finally, the property is rife with mismanagement from the maintenance team, to trash collectors, and more. I would say to anyone looking here that the lower price point isn’t worth it, you will pay with your sanity and health. Look elsewhere. I was a tenant in 2020 and know it’s only gotten worse since. "This property literally deserves NO stars! They have a rat infestation and mold running throughout the property. They do not fix anything yet rates are increasing. They have a high turnover in the office, which is worse now that they have the heavy set lady Ana who is INCREDIBLY RUDE! SHE DOESN'T KNOW ANYTHING AND IS ALWAYS QUOTING SHE HAS TO CALL THE Regional she is always dressed very unprofessional especially for her size! Also, the black guy Bernard, the maintenance tech, is rude as hell! He never actually fixed anything and argumentative. If you need a decent place to live, this is NOT THE PLACE TO GO! THE RATS WILL RUN YOU OUTTA THERE!. HORRIBLE COMPANY! Numerous of us in the last 30 days have filed fair housing complaints against this trifling company as well as code enforcement for the numerous violations, and we are closely working with the local news!"

"Worst experience of all my years. I recently moved out. Had a roach infestation and the exterminator comes in to spray with a can of bug spray when I called. I also had a third-party vendor walk in on me in my apartment. The new leasing manager has NO professionalism to the point I had to file a police report for her behaviors. Speak to other residence before moving in! I should’ve known it would be a horrible experience since I was approved so easily. I was rushing to move as a new parent and they switched my unit the week I was suppose to move in leaving me with no other choice."
