"In 2020, I got a call from Park Citi saying that my name reached the top of the project based waiting list and that they had something available. They wanted me to come in a day or 2 after, and even though it was very short notice, I was able to get most of the documents I needed. Long story short, about a week later I get an email saying I've been denied because I make too much. At the time I was making $10/hr and household size was 4 people so you do the math. There's no way that I was making anything even remotely close to the income limits so I'm sure I was scammed out of a $19 money order which is weird. All in all I just took it as a sign from God that living in those apartments was not my destiny."

"Only move here if you want to feel unsafe and inconvenienced every day of your lease. During my year and a half, I have seen over 20 car windows broken into, experienced almost daily gun shot noises and even watched a shootout right in front of the building. Even after they installed more cameras, crime has not reduced. I once even had my car’s license plate stolen WHILE MY CAR WAS PARKED RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE CAMERA. Ridiculous. The apartment flooring is paper thin and you can hear the people above you walking all day long. Loud leaf blowers seem to come twice a week and are very annoying if you work from home. Some of the people who live here have ZERO respect for their living space and will just leave their trash, including empty bottles and bags of old food, in the parking lot or in other public spaces. The actual living space is OK. It’s pretty big for what you pay for and gets the job done. Though we did have cockroaches more often than one would like. The only plus side is the super cheap rent, which unfortunately is all I could afford as a college student. But fearing for my life and belongings for a year and a half was certainly not fun."

"I’ve been living there for two years. We actually got a good price on the rent for a roommate style two bed two bath for $950. A year later it went up 1,050. The leasing office close mid day or whenever they want to and they never answer the phone. Maintenance comes whenever they want. You have to keep contacting the office to get someone to come to your apartment. Apparently they’re working multiple properties. Misplaced rent/ money order more than once and still served a letter in my door about “late rent”.. crazy. The random “inspections” or “sprinkler checks” happen too often. Which is weird. Dumpster build up is out of control. Leaving at the end of this month, not resigning."

"Living here has been an extremely terrible experience. The staff is extremely unprofessional. They close the leasing office randomly during regular business hours without notice. The office hardly ever answers the phone. The manager is always in a "meeting" preventing her from speaking to anyone. Maintenance is incompetent and slow. The security is laughable at best and spends more time on their cellphones socializing than they do watching the neighborhood. Leasing staff has changed several times in the last two years I've lived here. The amenities are rarely available. The pool remains locked the majority of the summer. The appliances are extremely outdated and certainly not worth the market rate they charge. I cannot wait for my lease to be terminated in June."

"This is by far the WORST apartment complex I have EVER stayed in! from day one before me and my roommate even moved in this place has given us a hard time! the application process took almost a month even with all the necessary money and documents were provided upfront. had to push back our current complex move out date which was a huge inconvenience. not to mention this place NEVER answers the phone so don't count on it. the leasing agents and manager here are so rude and unprofessional. maintenance sucks. nothing counts as an emergency like a leak in your bathroom causing water to run on your bathroom floor or being locked out etc.. maintenance will fix things when they feel like it. roommate had a leak that was seeping through the walls with mold and they took forever to change the carpet. you cant paint, you cant have pets, the pool is small and dirty and you can only bring 1 guest to it. found dog poo in front of our door(wondering how this is possible) and packages stolen off our doorstep. only thing good about this place is the location and pretty neighborhood next to it. oh and you cant pay rent online which is also an inconvenience. also we never got a key to our fireplace that we asked for multiple times so we never used the fireplace. This was definitely a last minute option and we will not be renewing. you get exactly what you pay for."
