"Piss poor internet(15Mbps down, 3Mbps up), the gate barely works, trash is left everywhere and the dumpster never gets taken out, the actual apartments themselves are of poor quality, constant electrical issues, the management is practically non-existent(they do literally nothing). Dog poop used to be a huge problem, but recently it hasn't been so bad. It's super far away from campus and the transit comes maybe twice an hour on a good day. The only good thing I can think of is that my landlords for my individual apartment are good people and have spent thousands furnishing the place so it's a livable space and I only have one roommate. 4/10. Live here if you don't want to spend $800+ for luxury living downtown. Honestly most places off campus that aren't ridiculously expensive are like this. This is one of the better complexes."
