Wildwood at Stone Mountain Apartments

"The staff in the leasing office is amazing unfortunately I cannot say that my experience here at Wildwood has been such. Between the old wooden floors which reminds you daily that you are living underneath someone and their family to the community gate not working properly. I do not agree with how they bill you for water and sewage. Your usage is based on how much water and sewage is used per building and then it’s split based on occupancy. This is a learning experience. Every month something needs to be fixed in my apartment. Luckily the maintenance men respond to work orders within 24-48 hours. For the most part the neighborhood is quiet. It’s unfortunate that I’m looking forward to not renewing my lease Vs enjoying my new apartment."

"Tiffany Johnson was AWESOME!!!!! I was SO nervous but she put all my nerves at ease! She is such a sweetheart! She’s patient and answered all of my questions! Such a great experience so far!"

"Tiffany!!!(10) Real Life things do happen and that’s understandable. So I said that to say these things… this “Position” is Tiffany’s calling. She has truly shown through our process “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you” She Answered your calls, She Returned your calls in a timely manner, She replied to your emails with grace and tact, She put out any bit of smoke before a fire could potentially start up. She helped with what you needed that you didn’t realize you needed. She was very genuine in her apology and efforts to repair things although they were not of her doing or perhaps beyond her control, she still showed true compassion. I’ve always been a person to understand “Life Happens” it’s what are you going to do about it that makes the difference. Either Great Customer Service or Poor Customer Service. Thus far she has shown us Great Customer Service. I hope it continues throughout."

"Being a few years in and I'm still happy about my only choice to call home in this area, was Wildwood at Stone Mountain. From my very first time moving in, the world has definitely changed but this community has always been one of the best kept properties, they stay on top of maintenance, and always helping and assisting when needed. But this current staff are the best in that office. And the maintenance guys rock also."

"I was helped by Tiffany. She made the experience moving in for me easy. She broke everything down to me in a way that I understood and let me know how to do things to get situated. There was roaches in the apartment before I can even move in and she addressed it immediately. Aishah accommodated it for me which I appreciate it. Any issue with my rent amount looking different, it got resolved immediately. I m hoping it continues that way."
