"When I stayed at this hotel room the manager asked to try to go back and forth with me about a particular room I wanted even though I offered to pay the extra fee. He kept asking me why I didn't want the room m he wanted to give me when he had four other options. I never experienced a manager getting mad that I want to pay more for a room I preferred on top of that the phone in hotel home rang randomly all night every hour on the hour to the point I had to unplug phone which I didn't answer because there was nothing they needed it's like someone was harassing me and I felt unsafe. They also got me arrested and trespassed me because one of my children soild their clothes and I didn't have a replacement because we didn't plan to stay at a hotel but was too tired to travel. I explained to them that I was just waiting for my friend to bring me some clothes and to give me some time.I even had the money to pay for another day or an extra hour but they called the police anyway and I was arrested thankfully I got out 10 days later but why go to that experience just trying to rent a room. Go to another place...."

"Other room doors are opening and closing rather loudly all through the night refrigerator not ice bucket and microwave"

"I wouldn't stay unless I completely had to. No roaches though I was always waiting to see one it felt like while I was there"

"This place is horrible lady at front is very rude and disrespectful you pay your money for bad services like they paid for you to stay and that's not case this isn't jail so you shouldn't be treat like one other people that's not my type as in skin tone get treated respectfully unlike the colors she do not need to interact with people very bad disrespectful attitude things happen people sometimes wake up on wrong side don't mean they trouble or causing trouble nobody knows what people going through for to pay to stay and get treated wrong she need to be handle if not fired and also they do not give you anything if you at work or busy when housekeeping comes thats it they dont care my child spilled a drink i use a towle went to ask her disrespectful self she say no i have to wait no other hotel or motel doesnt do this i have stayed in if I ask they give I couldn't bath i had to go to work dirty amd when I got off at 830am working graveyard shift I had to stay up just so I dont miss them to bath me and my kids this place is horrible ahe is horrible"

"Horrible been here a week lady at front is very rude and disrespectful ask very nicely about towel because I work in morning and have very valuable things in my room that I don't allow them in while I'm not here they assist thats what I need to which is alil strange lady was rude hung up in my face when I ask to speak to someone above her or manger she got very defensive and rude do not go there they will not treat you right now I am without towels or rag to bath with so horrible"
