"I encountered 2 different front desk staff members here. 1 was very friendly, the other, not so much. Strong RBF... Just looked very unhappy to be there. Overall, this Hampton Inn appeared to be very old, ran down, and falling apart. There were ceiling stains (from water leaks) all over the place. 75% of the usb plug ins did not work. The bike in the gym was broken (seat wouldn't lower), and 2 sets of dumbbells were missing. The walls in the hallways were damaged. Baseboards looked stained in areas. The room was pretty clean so that was a plus, but it did smell like weed. The whole hotel just looked poorly taken care of and like management just doesn't care. We typically like Hampton Inn, but definitely disappointed with this one unfortunately."

The convenient location and well-maintained facilities added to the overall positive experience for our family during the stay. They had a good speed of Continental breakfast, the staff was quick to refill and attend guests."
"The facility was clean and the staff were friendly. The location was kind of secluded but I was glad my gps directed me back there. The hotel was located near plenty of stores and eateries. I would stay again if needed in the future."
"This was so close to Stone Mountain, so if was perfect for our vacation The rooms are nice and spacious and the beds are super comfortable. The first time in a while we've stayed at a hotel and I didn't miss my own bed. The breakfast is the best we've seen with mini waffles, pastries, gritz, oatmeal, eggs, and sausage among other things. There really is something for everyone! Not to mention the staff is so wonderful. Big smiles and very helpful. This placenis definitely one we'll stay at again on our next trip this way."
