District at Parkview

"This is hands-down the BEST apartment complex-HOME to have any interaction with. From the first tour, Lindsay was super energetic, informative, eager and ready to help in any way possible! She showed us nearly all the types of units available to choose from, and made sure we had all the pictures we desired. Once we went back into the office, she answered EVERY single question we had confidently, and knowledgeably. That is very hard to find now days. She expressed her time with the company and had nothing but rave and positivity to share about the company. We left the complex and were ready to apply in the parking lot. The next day, we showed back up, unannounced, and Lindsay again dropped everything and showed us two units we were stuck between and explained the differences and even shared her opinion on what would be best, and never did it sound like a sales pitch, but her genuine thoughts. Through every bump in the road, completely our fault, she helped us and allowed us to come back up and finish our application with her and Samona's help. Samona is so much more than a manager. She truly cares about the people and their overall satisfaction and happiness- not only while on site, but even after. She called to follow up several times to ensure we had all our questions answered. Both Samona and Lindsay have been such great helps and are truly a wonderful asset to the team at District at Parkview. Their love for their job shows immensely and truly makes the most stressful time for someone- seem so small and easy to navigate. I am happy to say I was accepted very quickly, even over the christmas break- it took less than a week- which I've never even heard of before. Thank you so much Lindsay and Samona for all your help, time, patience, and compassion to us. We truly cannot thank you enough!!!"

"After passing by this beautiful new property and reading all the wonderful reviews, I decided to stop in to meet the leasing office staff. They were hands down some of the nicest people I've met. Lindsay not only took the time to chat about the unit I was interested in, but she even weathered the cold to take me on a viewing, even though it was not scheduled. The unit was AMAZING!!! Truly a place I could call home. The location is perfect!. Thank you to the awesome team at District at Parkview!!"

The lease was easy- The move was fun- the apartment is beautiful and honestly the price was right for what we got in return (The apartment is included but also the amenities to come soon to), it's pretty quiet to. I don't know if I said this but I believe we were in the top 3 to move in at the date we did- anyways I love it here and the newly built leasing office is beautiful just like the workers are beautiful people : ))"
