"I am new into town for work for 8 to 12 months. I know from all the money I've spent working on the road that I can get an apartment for this amount of time cheaper than staying in a hotel that is ACTUALLY CLEAN..... From my experiences I would never rent here and I haven't even spoken to anyone about the property nor have I called the place. But, when I am looking for a place and you don't even have pictures of your property on your website and you don't have interior pictures of your units.... yea, don't think I am that stupid..... What a waste.... Nothing but pictures of a kid playing with bubbles, like, 1 or 2 different families sitting on a couch and a picture of a rolled up towel!!!! SERIOUSLY!!!! Must be a dump of an apartment complex or they would take pride and have actual pictures of their property in its entirety like all the other apartment complex's have.... Not going to get my business.... Not even wasting my time going to see this dump.... After realizing I pass this complex on my way to work, I realize why there are no pictures of this property on their website...."

"Hi there, current tenant warning everyone that might consider moving here. Me and my family have lived here on and off over the past few years, and prior to our current stay, the managers were great, and got everything done, Now the current manager is Malta Jones. She refuses to fix anything, and comes up with many excuses regarding why she does not fix things. Our apartment is two different colors, because one of the workers just mixed some paint together, and now we can't get the rest of the apartment that color, because we don't know what he mixed. Our kitchen counter under the sink is completely rotted out and falling apart. It's been like this the entire 6 years we've been here, and she has done nothing but put to wood boards over it to hide it. The building is infested with roaches, we spray every day, and can't get rid of them, because they aren't offering any type of pest control, even though we live next to a dense area of woods. She loves to threaten to put you out for any little thing. She will also get smart with you, and expects you not to get smart with her. She told my parent to be quiet and stop talking in our own house. I wouldn't recommend anyone live her while it is under her management."
