"I am so disappointed in these apartments. I've been staying here for almost 5 years and for the last year. I have been having major major rat problems. I just don't know what to do. You're not fixing anything. I can't contact nobody to help get the rats out at this point I don't know what to do I'm losing my mind this is Sad."

"Greenbriar mills apartment is the worst to live you can never get anything fix when needed my family and I have been with out A/C for a month and a half, into the Rico the Property Manager wanted to get it fixed. Rico Murphy has been harassing my family and I every since his company has taken over the property. Rico is very rude and disrespectful and does not no how to talk to the tenant that live on this property. I was just woke out of my sleep with knocks sounding like the police was at my door from working a 10 hours shift that I need to move my car because they was doing the parking lot. He was yelling at me and trying to talk to like a child. I moved my car to be told again from a knock on my car window saying you can not park here either. So I will be moving out of this Hell whole, disrespectful, not wanting to fix anything my apartments this year. Because this Headache everyday is not worth problems."

"We have been trying to reach the rental office several times over the past few years to view the property and rental options. It seems like no one works there as they are always closed even during business hours. Maybe this will change if we ever get a hold of anyone to help us. Edit: to the manager who replied, me and my husband was just there yesterday before 4:30. We went to the rental office and it was closed. We sat in the car and called just to see if someone would answer and nothing. Just saying the hours are posted on the website as well as around the property. There is no way I should come at any time during those business hours and no one be in the office. There has been times we would go at 1, 10am, 4:30pm ect... And no one in in the office to help. This has happened multiple times over the years and it just seems like y'all don't want business."

"The manager Darrione was very helpful with assisting me with my new apartment. I came in the office and she was swamped with files on her desk however that still didn’t stop her from being polite and nice. I’ve been here for about a 2 months, anything I need she makes sure it gets handled in 24-48hours. I would definitely recommend living here."
