"There are definitely pros and cons to living here but one thing I will say is that Ken on the maintenance team has been extremely helpful and getting my apartments comfortable for me and my daughter and maintaining it. I will also say that the groundskeeper does a great job of keeping the community looking nice."

"I currently live here at the Atlantic Brookwood, and my first year everything went pretty well. But this past year has been a nightmare, my biggest thing was having a gym that’s 24 hours because I work late nights. That was how it was advertised but now it closes at 10 bc the pool closes. How those go hand in hand is beyond me. But a few months ago someone’s toilet exploded on the third floor and flooded my apartment on the first floor. I’ve had constant water leaks since, my floor has molded over. Only to be replaced to be molded over again. The walls in my bathroom closet started molding again after they replaced them, and now I just have holes in the wall covered by trash bags. They advertise luxury, and it is anything but. I haven’t been offered anything, I asked to move to another apartment they told me they would rather fix the issues. Yet nothing has been fixed. It seems like the team in the leasing office has its hands tied by upper management. Honestly just go to venue Buckhead up the street if you’re considering here, their apartments are actually luxury for a few hundred dollars more."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! They love to delete my review so i am reposting. I am still dealing with their inaccurate report on my credit! BEWARE please! Moved in July 2019 and literally cannot wait to leave. While the price may seem good at first compared to the rest of the area, it is for a reason& is surely a front (watch 4 hidden fees). ceiling is leaking to the point of flooding several times. My paint is quite literally peeling off of the walls from water damage, mold is growing all over, and my tub is literally filled with other people’s feces from the newest plumbing issue. not to mention, my belongings are getting ruined. and thats just the beginning.. of THIS particular issue. today. i will say that the most recent office people are nice (management and staff has changed several times in my short time being here) as well as the neighbors, but what does that matter if you’re constantly living in peril? They did not fix my water heater for months during the pandemic which resulted in me paying georgia power 1000s of dollars. My credit is still messed up from them messing up move out fees here smh do not live here"

"I toured this place Nov 3, 2022 and moved into a two bed two bath on the third floor one week later (quickly approved) I was nervous about a lot of things especially the reviews but it seems like they have renovated some of the units so before you sign your lease...make sure that your unit is one of the units with new appliances/renovated. I bombed my house with bug spray before I actually moved in and put sealers on my door for draft or bugs so I have not seen any creepy crawlers or nats at this time. The maintenance has been very responsive with emergency request but I still need new blinds that I've been waiting for and my kitchen fridge light fixed. The neighborhood is a standard apartment just in the city. Im paying for what I get. Parking is deep only at night sometimes but the walk is never ridiculous. The people in the neighborhood are friendly... one guy saw me moving in and offered to help with the heavy items. My neighbors introduced themselves kindly. Shoutout to dee and tamiko the apartment property manager for being responsive and communicative during the move in process and adressing my concerns via email and phone calls ....I hope it continues !
