"Lived here for one year before moving out due to poor management. It is very difficult to get ahold of anyone from the leasing office/ building management when problems arise. People would constantly let their dogs use the bathroom in the hallways/ elevator, and that problem wasn't resolved before I moved out. My car was broken into once while locked inside of the parking garage - I let the building management know but never received any follow up or indication that they would look into it. The pool was consistently dirty in the summer. The location is great but you could find a better apartment in the same area for the price. I have been waiting for 3 months now to get my security deposit refunded, and have called the office several times with no response. Very disapointing management here."

"It’s easy for people to see the small things in their apartment that need to get fixed and feel frustrated when maintenance takes forever. Not here, we have yet to put in an order that wasn’t fulfilled asap. Management has been very consistent with getting orders fulfilled and keep residents up to date with any changes or updates to the community. Their text messages are something I wish most of the apartment complexes I lived in had. Almost a full year hear and we’re ready to sign the next!"

"I've lived here for a while and despite pros and cons, this last year Michelle has been awesome. She has really done her best to help everyone, not for some incentive, but that's just the way she is. I had an issue I was dealing with for several months and she and Ms Paris were always there to help out and make it easier. I like living here because staff work hard and it's fairly quiet for middle of Atlanta. I just hope they can hire more staff, instead of putting more work onto current staff, because the hallways are usually dirty and the elevators stink, even though I've seen staff clean weekly. People let their animals pee everywhere, and it's disgusting stepping into their puddles. There was a bad trash problem this last year, because Valet Living Trash would come, or not, whenever they wanted, spill your trash all over the complex, make employees put trash in their personal cars instead of using a company truck, and still charge you monthly. The complex did resolve it and hire a better company and all is well now. The pool this year was a MESS compared to other years. There were messy parties, the pool was always kinda yellow, there was a one-time shootout, someone threw something heavy in and broke the bottom (pool was closed three weeks for repairs) and there was never hired pool security for the summer, just added patrol which obviously wasn't enough. Overall this is a good complex to live intown and it's near everything. Front office has been kind, the maintenance team are great, the big trash issue was resolved, and hopefully the pool next year can be used by paying residents instead of being a public venue."
