"I really loved my apartment here. However, I was given 45 days to move a couple of months after the new owner bought the property. While I understand prices increase with renovations the current prices and requirements to rent a unit are too much. Good luck getting into this place"

"I don't like how these property owners gave little notice for tenants to vacate and provided no type of assistance in order to renovate and triple rent! People are still struggling from loss of good paying work because of and through the pandemic. The price point to return after renovation has priced out the entire community! These families and single hardworking adults have to struggle to find reasonably priced rent, with a reasonable travel distance to work in a safe neighborhood. The Management/Owner team took their time to fix whatever they deemed important and a priority to them but were quit kicking people out that had no place to go and are now homeless while searching for a place to stay. Good luck with KARMA...."
