"I have lived here since July 2021, I ABSOLUTELY love it. Leasing office staff is dope af and the amenities and gym are superb. I will continue to live here as long as the rental rates aren’t driven through the roof..it’s pricey but at this point in time, affordable. Maintenance are on top of repair requests and within 12-24hrs (depending on when you put in the request) they are completed. I have not experienced power outages and the neighbors are all respectful and courteous. The ambiance overall is outstanding."

"I am in love with these apartments, the reasons are many, I love the maintenance they give them, it is always clean, everyone in the office is very friendly and they are always available in case we need anything. It's been almost 4 months and so far I'm fine. The only thing that worries me is the smell of Sigarro because I have a young daughter. The good thing is that they are already taking care of it."
