"These apartments are slum with poor management they also smell like Newports. The one bedroom has roaches and rats. You can even hear the rats crawling in the walls into the apartments at night. I rate these apartments a zero."

"Dont move into these apartments. My two bedroom has roaches badly. The pest control people can’t even get the roaches out the apartment. I also have problems with rats crawling in the walls into the apartment at night. Management or the corporate office near in the office or return your calls. This is a slum landlord don’t move here you will have regrets."

"Warning don’t waste your money an your time. The apartment are old and need to be renovated correct. I had a renovated apartment and still have issues with Rats and roaches. I tried to reach out for over 2 month to the landlord a corporate office. No one will return my calls or emails they have refused. To pay the terminator to fix the issue with rats. "Today I visited the property and view one of the units I will say I was actually surprised that the office staff was amazing it was only 1 ladie but hay lol I will say I was pleased with the set up of the apartment and it had washer and dryer connect with laundry room it seems really small but it’s enough room for a couple or one person I looked at 1 bedroom"

"They let the guest park where ever, even thought there is a private sign posted. So I'm paying a 1000+ just to walk through mud, because my neighbors are to selfish to tell their guest to not park in front of my apartment, there is over 10 spots on the side of my building yet they dont use them. They let commercial vehicles park covering 3 to 4 spots at a time, but I'm paying my money to not be able to park in front of my door due to unenforced policies. They charge you for extermination, but since Ive been in my apartment it has only been sprayed 4 times out of 9 months and they just also raise services fees today mid lease... that's not legal and the piping has MOLD in it my the bottom and inside of my toilet covered in MOLD. I spray my own apartment and mold treatment this is crazy. My doctor gave me a cleaner to kill and try to prevent the mold from growing but fhis is crazy. It's a NO dont move here unless you have no where to go. It seems nice because the management is always kind, but I feel with that it's just to get you to come here. If I had somewhere else to go and could afford to move I would. You cant justify a lease going this long without proper care. They even came to inspect during my time here and no on bothered to check the toilet and piping before I moved in. Code enforcement will make a report but let's just see if it helps. Probably not, but I'm gonna sure see. If you notice the picture of my door it it not align and properly fit to the frame I can literally see a light on from the outside of my apartment from the door. This says alot about the sercurity of the front door, huh..."
