"Customer service is very rude , I booked a smoking room first she said there is none and then when I showed her my reservation she put me in a room in the r back of the building now don’t go there the room is very creepy not well taken care of the couch is dirty and the worst cockroach infestation , I went back and she she put me in a non smoking room which was okay but she wasn’t surprised with the roach infestation, question why some rooms are infested and some are not , why some clean and some not just bc it’s smoking versus none . Also she was still rude about it . Never will return to this one , a note to self"

"In the battle of Internet vs Reality, Reality won out here. I rolled the dice and got craps. The room looks almost nothing like the photos. Missing are the dirty walls, chipped ceiling and a door that's seen better days, oh and not to mention the holes in the curtain and the dirty baseboards. On the plus side the bed wasn't horrible the toilet flushed and the water pressure was so-so. Best of all I didn't see bugs of any type in the room. So basically you see 2 stars under $100 a night and that's exactly what you get. The photos are not completely the truth here. Take it or leave it if your on a budget."
"I want to say I gave them 5 stars but this is not a 5 star hotel. It is exactly what I expected for the price. But!!!! The rooms were clean and vermin free! The staff was sooooo nice! The gentleman at reception was always helpful and nice and the ladies were always good for a smile. The housekeeping kept things tidy and they brought towles without me asking. The ac worked super well. The wifi was top notch which I needed while my son was at camp. The bed was firm but comfy and the office chair provided was super comfy for my long work hours. Breakfast was meh. I don't like cereal or muffins so we ended up finding our own breakfast. There is a Publix within a few miles of the hotel, lots of fast food options. Overall I am thrilled with my experience here."
"It was a little noisy in the late evening. The kids of the family owed business enjoying some late evening activities, harmless but noisy. Rooms clean and comfortable. Patrons a little off the cuff as well. Lots of construction on the road (Glenwood Rd) at this time (june 3=4) 2023"
