"The sheets were dirty look like somebody had just checked out & they gave me the next unavailable room than wen I went to front desk shawty had a attitude bout giving me more sheets I am glenwood done stayed on every block frm up to Belvedere frm the middle part derrill all the back down to larkspur terr I think I should at least get better quality of service…"
"Tv remote can’t change volume, someone stole very expensive equipment off of my work truck. Drug dealers live there so there are plenty of junkies walking around all day and night. From arguments, banging on doors and walls, fights, and the police having to constantly be called up there. I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here."
"This is the worst place anyone can stay. Please don’t go to this hotel. My room was completely dirty, the sheets were dirty and with hair, the smell of cigarettes was extremely strong and I had to sleep with a mask and wash my clothes. The mirrors and bathroom were dirty and the app through which I hired the hotel, contacted the reception to make the cancellation without success. The parking lot full of garbage and cigarettes on the floor. My room was 211."
"Room 107 had LITERAL BULLET HOLES IN THE DOOR! There was blood on the floor still. An absolute atrocity. I don’t mind shady folks because I mind my business, but we had folks trying to fight right outside the door. We were afraid to leave the room until it got quiet again. This place needs to be shut down immediately. I’ll be contacting the health department about this property. Don’t risk anything trying to stay here. Pay the extra money."
"This truly unacceptable, and they charge $80. I'm not happy at all. The water in the shower was so cold it wouldn't even get hot bad service. $80 is a lot of money to waste on"
