"Would honestly give 2.5 stars. Have lived here for about 4 months and it’s been okay. You definitely get what you pay for with an older community. There’s very poor ventilation meaning mold literally grows throughout the apartment on the walls and festers in the bathroom all over the tiling. They don’t really give any solution besides spraying something on it and calling it a day which is concerning. The dryers in the laundry center have been out of service at least twice while we’ve been here and for several days at a time with no real answer on when they’ll be fixed. The first time they broke it was almost a week by the time they were fully functional again. Once they are finally fixed, everyone is swarming the laundry center since we are left without access for periods of time so it’s pretty difficult still and frustrating. Would consider just air drying my laundry but with such poor ventilation, really don’t feel comfortable bringing any extra moisture into my apartment. Good dehumidifiers for large spaces are pricey, so not really an option unless we decide to expense that ourselves. Have also heard of neighbors getting their cars/engines destroyed by nesting rats that frequent in the parking lots around the dumpsters but haven’t had too many issues in that regard."

"Absolutely love this place, the staff is amazing. The rent is not expensive considering the other apartments near by are considerably higher for smaller units. A fresh garden yes an actual garden with vegetables was a huge plus for me. O and the doggo park, my pup absolutely loves it there."

"Its being close to a month since we've moved in to this apartment community. This place has being good so far. I study at Atlanta, so the commute has being bit of a hassle, but the change in scenery from City to suburban makes up for it. It is mostly quiet, the management and the residents are very friendly and helpful. The apartments are a little old but well maintained. Maintenance requests are handled fairly quickly and professionally. Laundry room is a little old and not enough washer/dryer machines sometimes. But they can be operated via credit card. Lots of recycle trash-bins available."
