Motel 6 Decatur, GA

"Spacious room with fridge, microwave, shower and tub. Clean towels, the bed was clean. A rogue roach was spotted but this is to be expected at a motel. Do not expect the Hilton, and simply a functional room that's close to the airport. The neighbourhood isn't very good, and I wouldn't recommend loitering around outside unless you're a local or accompanied by one. I stayed for one night, unfortunately the previous tenant had messed with the fire alarm, causing it to beep consistently. However the maintenance man fixed it up for us to be quiet so we could sleep within minutes which I very much appreciated. Please give this man a bonus, he looks like he works very hard."

"It's a total disaster. The rooms stink, the hotel stinks. The bathroom had cockroaches, housekeeping came and didn't change sheets, I didn't wash the bathroom, I only half-arranged things and the bathroom half-cleaned, total disgust, don't waste your time in this place. It's expensive for what it's worth. go somewhere else"

"This was the nasiest place I have ever seen in my life. It doesn’t look like it has been touched by housekeepers ever. There was poop in the toilet when got here and the seat is filthy. The A/C is broken. There is a cigarette burn in our sheets. All of the towels have nasty stains and crumbs. I feel like I would have been better off sleeping on the streets of Georgia. I paid $85 to be here and I would’ve rather paid $85 to never have seen this place. I wish I could give it negative stars because then I would. Also side note, there were a ton of sketchy people walking around the place."

"I don’t know what these people talking about! First night here was good room was clean! Was a smell on 3rd floor but that’s obviously from dogs! But who cares dogs stay for free But for the area! This is the best one hands down! They have 24 hour armed security! Watching cameras and front door all day! Customer service is great! Great WIFI! I love these guys and I’m in a situation and it’s been great for me here"

"Place was terrible. Bathroom was disgusting. Definitely was never cleaned left over stains on and behind the toilet left over from previous guests. The mini fridge smelled like mold. Each wall had washable stains. The staff was nice but when I first showed up around 11:30 there was no one working the desk I had to wait over and hour for a employee to finally show up and assist me with checking in. The security did do their best in the situation."
