"If I could give this place a zero star I would definitely do that but here is the reason why this is a recommendation that for anybody and I mean anybody that is looking for a place to stay over their own right now please do your full research on the property before meeting the leasing agents And before completing the application process because these people will steal your money and have you living in field and don’t expect for you to have maintenance work done on your property and an immediate timeframe you will be going through hell and back just to get help code enforcement of Dekalb county is no freaking help at all Everyone, if you can, please save your money if you are looking for a place of your own, especially in a bad economy time like this, I say go for this spot but at the same time do your full research on this property before meeting the leasing agents I was a tenant there for three years straight beginning in May of 2020 I had help with all of my maintenance requests even though the property that was leased to me was not move in ready and took me 5 days for me to see the property but after 2020 that’s when you start seeing Periodically DIFFERENT LEASING AGENTS taken over the property let’s not forget the MAINTENANCE CREW they stay hiring rehiring and firing people almost every day it is not one year that a current leasing agent and a maintenance crew has stayed and worked on the property Fast forward to 2023 my air conditioner has stopped working and it was blowing out hot air and the leak problem started from the kitchen to my children room to my room and the light fixture in the hallway that I had to call code enforcement trying to get some type of help because every time I was calling the leasing office, nobody would answer or if somebody was answering they would tell me somebody will be coming to visit my property and nobody has showed up showed up come to find out the previous owners of the property way before 2020 did not get brand new air conditioning units and put it on the property that basically it was out of code so my family and I was trying to get help because due to it being a 98° weather and you have three children living with you that is the most dangerous thing that can happen, and as my family went to the office to talk over me the Management Team had threatened my family and Dekalb county had to be called because of that matter they had forcefully evicted me instead of taking me through the court system of giving it a 60 day notice. Instead, they gave me a 7 day notice. SO AGAIN DO NOT LIVE OVER HERE CAUSE EVERYTHING THATS DISPLAYED ONLINE AINT ALWAYS SWEET!!!!"

"Code enforcement needs to do there job. They are charging ppl to live in this place with mold and busted roof tops. Sad"

"Let's just say don't do it. If they could keep a maintenance man I could have gave them two stars but I can't. Nothing ever gets fixed and when they do it's a half job. They change management every couple of months so nobody really knows what's going on. There is always trash there are no ground men or anything. Just sad really and want to charge high rental prices if you have other options please use them."

"So far they have been the worst apartment complex to work with no answer and they hang up on you at the end of the day. You get approved and then there little no info they can give you and they not even sure about the move in date even through I applied and got aprrove 7 weeks ago. Please save you time I’m trying to see who I can report them too 12/19. After moving in everything has been terrible I had no working heat for about 22 days in the middle of winter and it wasn’t working when I move in. The manger is not helpful and very rude she doesn’t respond on a timely matter and she try’s to put charges on your account. Do NOT LIVE HERE. The only good thing I could say would be about maintenance. They really try the best with what they have it’s the management"

"Update: I am a current resident here, and although the community isn’t the prettiest, I love that I see efforts at improving the conditions on a weekly basis. The security at the front entrance has really done a better job of monitoring the community and enforcing safety policies. I had some serious issues with the lack of concern displayed by the management staff that was running the leasing center when I moved in. However, the current Property Manager, Ms. Small, has been really helpful in ensuring that my maintenance requests are addressed and has been consistent in following up with me to confirm that any outstanding issues are taken care of as well. The roads have recently been repaved, there is regular landscaping service done, and certain buildings that were originally covered in graffiti have been repainted. I can tell that the current staff is doing their very best to rebuild the standard of living and reputation of this community."
