"Connie in the Management office is amazing. I had a package that was delivered and placed in one of the package boxes which ended up being lost because the carrier didn’t finish processing the delivery. Connie was so helpful and despite the fact she hurt her knee and was clearly in pain looked through all the delivery boxes finding my package and returning it to me. Even being in pain she had a huge smile and was so happy. She is an amazing employee at this complex, and always goes above and beyond. Stop by and say hi to Connie and wish her a speedy recovery."
"If you are a student, AVOID this place at all cost. Shady management, be prepared for lots of stalling if you want to get to the bottom of things. Currently, it has been 48 days since I've moved out and I have not received a return check for the security deposit, they have made plenty of excuses, ignored my emails/calls, at one point we had to go to the physical location to get a hold of management. They were overall very unhelpful and sent us on a scavenger hunt before they finally agreed to send a check at the end of this month which would mean another 12 days from now. The icing on the cake is that they won't tell me the address that they are sending the check too."
"Too many unrequested maintenance inspections during workdays. You cannot schedule or cancel them and they have no respect for privacy or your space. Apartments by the street are very nosy from traffic. Rodents waiting to access your trash that is only valeted on weekdays. Quiet community for the most part."
"Do not recommend this place!! There are many better choices in the area. The management company here is terrible. The quality of the apt is low/cheap; they didn’t renovate the kitchen area like other places, so the appliances are really old & not functioning. It takes forever for any maintenance request to be done; and the company hires fraud third party contractors to enter your house and do some of the maintenance work, many times left it unfinished or creating safety hazards. They charge over $20 per month for trash collection, but not for recycling."
