"Gate doesn't work so its left open for people to vandalize and steal mail. Floors and ceiling leak every time it rains. Leads to mold and ruins clothes in closet. No hot water in winter for the showers. Power surge and outlets don't work regularly. Pool was closed most of summer because of no inspection from county. Terrible experience overall."

"This apartment complex is extremely disappointing, and doesn’t care about its residents. The mailboxes have been broken since the summer and there’s been at least 4 instances of mail being stolen, and nothing has been done to resolve this issue. Additionally for a “gated community” the gates are constantly broken, allowing anyone in. If this complex wants to be taken seriously, the least they can do is install security camera by the mailboxes or the front gate. Would not recommend and can’t wait for my lease to end."

"let me start by saying my apartment is nice and the community overall is ok. i love the floor plan and its overall an alright apartment. now that that is out the way this place is not worth it overall. when we moved in the community looks nice and quite , close to alot of stores and food , not to far from highway at all. but since moving in the gate is always down and i mean always. its a big inconvenience because one of the main reasons for us moving here was to be in a gated community that we felt secure in seeing that me and my wife just had a child. but every week it seems the gate or the call box is non functional which is a huge inconvenience for food deliveries, packages and guest if your unavailable to walk to the front and open the gate yourself. anyways we have had terrible service from maintenance is always late , promising fixes on our bathroom that has not been fixed after months of living here and several work order put in, paying nearly $2,000 every month is just insane when we have bugs everytime it rains and other issue that simply dont get fixed. id say its a good place if u need something with good bones but if you want quality service and a enjoyable community this is not it and not to mention parking is terrible i sometimes have to park at a different building because the apartment has no guidelines on parking some residents our college roomates and have 2-3 cars per unit and take up so much space everytime i get off work i hope it is somewhere to park. i got a ticket from the “on sight police” because i was parked in front of a shed when she herself illegally parks all the time it’s ridiculous here i heard the last management was better i hope they get it together because overall i like my apartment but the services and community does not match the price. and the pool is just awful if thats a reason you want to live here lower your expectations, they opened it in the middle of the summer first of all then said it be open until thanksgiving or something.. like nobody is swimming in november be real , its poorly kept up with ,alot of broken furniture and overall not very clean grilling area which is disappointing because my family was excited about it moving in. 2/5 stars tbh not what i expected out of my first “luxury apartment”"

"I’ve lived here just under 5 months now after moving here blindly from out of state. It looked like a nice place to live and was a little more than I wanted to spend but I took the chance and chose One K. Lipstick on a pig is the best way to describe this place. It looks nice when you’re visiting or first living here, but after a while you see that everything is not as it seems. The staff is very nice and fortunately have been helpful when I have needed it. It is a fairly quiet place with no loud neighbors or anything more than your typical apartment living. That being said, I have had 2 severe water leaks in less than 5 months, the pool was supposed to open 2 months ago, the front gate is always down for guests and food delivery, the mailboxes are constantly screwed up, and today I just had a cockroach crawl across my floor when we pay a monthly fee for pest control. I don’t believe anything was inspected between the time the last tenant left and me moving in. Big spots on the wall, missing a door handle, and the repairs that were done to the drywall are horrible. If you don’t mind any of the above mentioned things, this place is good for you. I will not be staying here after the end of my lease as I can get better value for my money. If it wasn’t for the friendly staff, I’d give it 2 stars. Update: I have yet another leak coming from my ceiling in the kitchen. This makes 3 leaks in 6 months. Absolutely unacceptable and the only “fix” that has been done is it eventually stops and that’s it. I know mold has to be growing on the other side of the drywall. I will not live here after my lease ends and will try to leave sooner of possible."

"(This was in 2020) For nearly two months we've been dealing with water leaks and damages. The master bedroom was uninhabitable due to water that made a patch of carpeting SOAKED and growing mold underneath. This was first reported on April 15th and since then has been purported to be fixed about 3 times (and wasn't.) They even put new carpeting in before the leak was even fixed, so the new carpet ALSO got soaked. Maybe fourth time's the charm, but whether or not that's fixed, maintenance still left a 2'6" x 2'6" patch of ceiling missing in our kitchen that is also DRIPPING WATER. Plaster has fallen to the kitchen and is everywhere, even too wet to sweep up. It's stuck to the flooring now. There's mold growing on the exposed wood. Roaches are having a field day. If that's not hazardous enough, there is water leaking from an ELECTRICAL SWITCH. Maintenance has seen it and it hasn't been fixed. This unit is dangerous. There's not a community manager anymore to contact because she's no longer with the company, and the regional property manager (Erin M.) who we were put in contact with has ignored two of my emails. We have nowhere to turn to except corporate, and even then there's no telling WHO we're supposed to contact. Update: nothing ever got "wrapped up." They gave us $150 credit on rent, but wouldn't put the occupant of the problem bedroom up in a hotel. The kitchen was unusable for a good amount of time. We couldn't get out of there fast enough, and we will never stay there again. We actively discourage people from considering this place."
