"We have been here for two years and recently signed for a third. This is by far the best place we've lived in Atlanta. The units are spacious, maintenance is generally pretty good, and the new front office manager has been great. Maintenance usually comes within a few days, even for issues I enter as low priority. Occasionally maintenance does not fix the actual issue and we have to ask them to come back again, but on the whole, way better than anything we experienced when we lived down the street at Briarcliff Apartments."
"I lived here for 3 years. What started out as a great experience quickly changed when the new property manager arrived. This past February, our unit flooded due to a water issue in the unit above us. The maintenance guy left before checking our unit and we had to call him and beg him to come back as he did not want to. They ended up cutting over 10 holes in our ceiling, installing 2 massive dehumidifiers, and 16 different large fans throughout our unit. They also had to cut out lots of carpet from our bedrooms. The entire apartment was covered in drywall dust with fans blowing 24/7, per specific instructions. We could not stay in our unit for over a week. When we asked for compensation, we were asked to sign an NDA to receive very little money in return. The property manager was rude throughout the whole process. He said our apartment was just inconvenient and not unlivable. One bedroom had an industrial fan blowing under the carpet to dry it out so you couldn’t even enter the bedroom without turning the fan off that we were instructed to not turn off. They were completely unreasonable. DO NOT LIVE HERE!"
